Whole-Person Support for Meaningful Change

Whole-Person Wellness Coaching

My approach is whole-person and rooted in meeting you exactly where you are. As busy professional women, we so rarely prioritize our own wellness — my vision is to help change that, through small, realistic steps that actually fit your life.

My Philosophy
"It's about nurturing what's already strong in you, and helping you turn your vision into a lived reality."

I'm especially drawn to the process of personal discovery, and how our environment, culture, and community shape the choices we make. I strive to show up as curious, compassionate, and present — creating a supportive, open space for reflection and growth, one small, realistic step at a time.

About Martina

Training rooted in nutrition, wellness, and behavior change

My background includes training in nutrition, wellness, and the psychology of behavior change. I bring that foundation into every session, alongside a genuine curiosity about what actually makes lasting change possible, not just for the body, but for the whole person.

Life circumstances are never stagnant — I've lived that firsthand, through moving between countries and cultures, caring for my mother through illness, and raising my own children along the way. Mindfulness and self-compassion are often what carry us forward through the shifts. Noticing what you need in the moment and recognizing which area of your life feels most depleted — this is often key to restoring balance.

What Is Wellness Coaching

A supportive, collaborative space to build a life that supports your well-being

This is a space where you don't have to have it all together. No judgment, no one-size-fits-all plan — just permission and time to notice what's going on in your life, and the clarity to find one small, realistic step forward.

"A supportive partnership designed to help individuals navigate the complexities of personal transformation."

— Mayo Clinic Press, "What Is Wellness Coaching?"

Could coaching be for you?

Wellness coaching is a collaborative partnership that helps you create lasting, sustainable change — not through overnight overhauls, but through small, meaningful shifts in how you nourish, move, rest, and care for yourself.

Coaching can be a valuable anchor for professional women navigating this stretch of life — balancing children, work, and aging parents, navigating hormonal shifts that affect your energy and focus, and constantly context-switching between roles with little left over for yourself.

Areas We Can Explore

Because wellness never lives in just one place

Body

Nutrition, movement, sleep, and energy — the physical foundation everything else is built on.

Mind

Stress, mindset, and emotional well-being — the mental and emotional load shaping how you move through your days.

Life

Relationships, career, purpose, and finances — the constant context-switching between roles that fills your day.

How I Work

Real conversations, not rigid routines

Support that adapts to you.

Rather than handing you advice or a rigid checklist, I create a supportive space for honest reflection, thoughtful conversation, and intentional action. Together, we explore your strengths, clarify your values, and shape practical next steps that fit the life you actually want to build. It's a partnership — I offer support and guidance, but the direction of change is always self-directed and aligned with what matters most to you.

Trust, before technique

We build a respectful, honest partnership first — the foundation everything else stands on.

Your strengths, named

We identify what you're already doing well and the coping skills you already carry.

Reframing, not judging

Setbacks get looked at with curiosity and optimism, not criticism.

Solutions, framed together

You stay the expert in your own life — I help shape what you already know into a plan you can actually live with.

Momentum, protected

Change is hard. Part of my role is walking alongside you with steady encouragement and follow-through — keeping you connected to the vision you set for yourself, even when it's easy to lose sight of it.

Change that actually lasts

The goal isn't a short-term overhaul — it's competence and confidence that stay with you.

Grounded In The Field

Support that's trained, not just well-intentioned

Wellness coaching operates within a clearly defined scope of practice — distinct from therapy or medical care — and is guided by a professional code of ethics recognized by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. That means clear boundaries, confidentiality, and a commitment to referring you elsewhere when something falls outside what coaching is meant to address.
